CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

KEEPING TRACK OF EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

IN LANGUAGE YOU UNDERSTAND

The digital world is just a huge collection of databases—or spreadsheets—where each horizontal row (customer) has many vertical columns (age, email address, last purchase date). This is how we remember things about each other.

A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) organizes all that information for you, and automates all the regular tasks you have in communicating with those who have expressed some interest in you.

There are a whole host of fine CRM programs out there, many of which have free or very low cost versions for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

We at HC have used, test and experimented with quite a few. Our conclusion is that it's much less important which you use, but much more important that you are comfortable with the one you choose and use it continually.

We are happy to give you advice and training on the CRM you choose to make your everyday work quick and efficient.
